How does Simple Eats Market online catering work?

What is a serving size used for nutrition estimates?

For Individual meals: approx. 2 cups (14-16 oz total weight)

Quarts: (soups, chilis, quinoa salads, etc.): approx. 8 oz unless specified otherwise

Calories: calculated for a single individual meal-sized serving
Protein portions: 3.5-5 oz cooked protein (for meals with meat or fish)
Sides/vegetables/grains: balance out the remaining volume

Is everything organic?

We go the extra mile to source the highest-quality ingredients — often visiting multiple stores to get exactly what we need. Whenever possible, we choose organic to keep every meal as fresh and wholesome as it can be.

How do you handle allergens or cross-contamination in your kitchen?

We do our best to accommodate food allergies and dietary needs, but please note that our kitchen uses shared equipment and handles a variety of ingredients. While extra care is taken, we can’t guarantee that any meal is entirely free from allergens. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend reaching out to your doctor before ordering or consuming our food.

How do I use referral codes, promo codes or gift cards?

Certainly! If you encounter an issue, please email us and we will apply it manually for you.

Can you make custom desserts?

Yes! Share your ideas with us, and we’ll work out the details. Gluten-free, egg-free, or other special requests — we’re happy to make them just for you.

Absolutely! We handle everything from simple pick-ups and casual drop-offs to full-service celebrations. Just reach out with your event details — date, timing, guest count, and budget range — and we’ll create a customized menu and estimate that fits your vision and budget.
